Turn back the clock to 1979 when Atari released Lunar Lander with lovely vector graphics on Arcade machines across the Globe. Your mission, to pilot a lunar lander module for a safe touchdown on the moon. Fast forward to today and we have Terra Lander to play through Steam! A homage to Luna Lander in which you need to navigate your pod through twenty increasingly difficult levels to land within a time limit and while managing fuel reserves.
Truly one of the best retro styled Luna Lander inspired games we've played. The controls, the vector graphical style and fun game play just feels so right. It also feels a little bit like Thrust as the entire game increases with difficulty due to dangerous landscapes, hard gravity and gun turrets firing at you from all sides. The sound and music also gives it that extra retro feel and unlike other Thrust/Lunar Lander games this one actually taunts you if you crash at any point during your play through.
