Today's special C64 release by TND ( The New Dimension ) is not a SEUCK development, but a game that takes the Breakout way of playing and turns it completely on it's head. Coded by Richard, ' Blap 'n Bash ' has the usual bat styled game play but adds that something extra which makes the game both unique to play while completely screwing with your mind!
This Breakout styled game has a double bat control system, which when moved, goes in completely the opposite direction to each other. So if a ball bounces towards your bat at the bottom and you move left, the top one moves right. Yes it really is that crazy! Add in some zany power ups, a wicked tune and you've got the recipe for a decent game ( just frustrating ).
Thankfully not long after the game release, The Genesis Project stepped forward and released a cheat version. Just be warned, the game does contain flashing which can be turned off.
