Another The Company.PL release and one we wasn't sure if we should give a mention due to it's rather adult content, is Magic Bytes (Magic Bytes Verlag) German Amiga game from 1995, Biing!: Sex, Intrigen Und Skalpelle. In this game, which I have never heard of before or played, you the player take control of the new Memorial hospital and has to construct rooms for waiting patients, diagnosis, autopsy and so on with each room staffed. What makes the game a bit perverted are the Nurses, who need big boobs to entertain the patients (and doctors) while they are waiting but also require other skills which can be trained.
There is far more to the game than just boobs however in this Adventure, Simulation experience, but that's for you to find out. Thanks to The Company.PL, they've made available the Amiga version which is fully playable on your PC.
