Ghost Theory - A very paranormal experience gets a second attempt Kickstarter

At the beginning of this year we announced the rather scary looking paranormal game ' Ghost Theory ', which was aiming for a Kickstarter success. Well that didn't happen, so now the developers are trying again but this time with more spookiness for a wider variety of system platforms. Developed by Dreadlocks, creators of DEX, ' Ghost Theory ' is a single player game for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in which you need to investigate real haunted places!

As the developers have said from the original Kickstarter and even this one, Ghost Theory is a single-player horror adventure game focusing on stealth and exploration. You will use a range of equipment and abilities to investigate real world haunted places, seen through the eyes of yourself. In fact many of the equipment used is well known in the paranormal community such as a K2 meter( Which they call an EMF ), EVP recorder and even a IR light to show up things that the normal eye cannot see.

But what makes this better than the original Kickstarter and why should you back this one if you didn't back the previous one? Well for a number of reasons! This latest update not only mentions the fact that the Ghosts are in fact real actors, created in front of a green screen. But you also have a clairvoyant ability which allows you to experience flashbacks associated with an object's history. Just also make sure to check your breath, if looks to be getting colder, there is a ghost about!

To be honest when the original Kickstarter didn't make its quota, I was very disappointed, being that I am a ghost hunter myself. I was hoping to be able to play this game and experience it through a VR, which this game also supports. Now the latest Kickstarter is ongoing with even more information we haven't mentioned, I have every hope of this being a success.

Ghost Hunters take note, Ghost Theory could the next best thing for that ultimate paranormal experience!
