After the recent Amiga release it's time for a bit of MSX love, as N.I has now released his MSX game ' Bubbo World 2 '. In this action oriented shooter, you control a little blue man who has to collect all the yellow objects to complete the level, but watch out, as the game is full of big coloured balls that must be shot at or your poor little guy will get badly hurt! Featuring lots of levels and ladder making abilities, Bubbo World 2 is a nicely playable game in your browser or on a real MSX.
Bubbo World 2 isn't the most impressive graphical game we've seen on the MSX, far from it, but it is lovely to play and really puts you on your toes. You are constantly on edge focusing on both the golden items to be collected and all those fast paced balls moving about the screen. Thankfully a quick blast from your weapon will deal with them to the point of explosion. Just don't get trapped and get a ladder up as fast as possible!
