Right from the word go, we've done our very best to keep you up to date on A1200.Net's A1200 Amiga case Kickstarter. From the very first shout out regarding the brand new Amiga cases in a multitude of colours and allowable mods and the Kickstarter success, to the latest mold process, everything has been mentioned to keep you in the loop. But now have we got even better news, as the new Amiga compatible Keycaps Kickstarter will hopefully be launching 15th September, as currently the campaign creators are not willing to launch the new campaign before manufacturing the cases.
Which means you and I can replace those yellow keys with something more befitting to the glory of the Amiga, with different colour choices available - black,purple,white etc. Oh and no more missing springs and broken keys when taking each one out to be retrobrighted in the bright sunlight. But do note however the Kickstarter will only launch when the cases from the first Kickstarter are manufactured, as currently the molds are being tooled, of which you can view the video below.
So there you have it, the keycaps are coming! But if the cases aren't ready it will be delayed once more, so fingers crossed!
