As most of you know The New Dimension have been running another Shootemup Construction Kit (SEUCK) competition for 2017, which aims to bring developers together making action packed games for the C64. Now we've already mentioned one such game in the competition as Border Blast 3, but this time we are going underwater against Mutants and Subs in Errazking's latest C64 game ' The Hunter '.
In The Hunter you play as a secret agent, working for the Spanish government in an attempt to put a stop to an evil spy trawler that has crossed the Spanish sea and dropped some nasty chemicals in the water turning all the friendly sea creatures into mutants. You must traverse the dangerous underwater currents, destroy the mutants and also defend yourself against other subs and ships working for the evil spy. But be careful though , don't spend too much time admiring the graphics and cool gameplay as at the end of every level is a deadly boss that will put your Submarine skills to the test!
