Most of us here love a good dungeon crawler, from Eye of the Beholder to Legend of Grimrock and even the more recent Might and Magic. But when it comes to Arakion: Book One; a new crawler by Arakion and Lavidimus that is due to be on Steam via Early Access this May 15th, things are rather different. You see Arakion isn't just going to be a Dungeon Crawler but a group based role-playing game that pays homage to classics while adding its own style with fresh mechanics.
As noted by the Steam page Arakion adds an expansive set of new features in which you must lead your heroes through a breath taking desolated world of Arakion to both explore, customise your characters, fight, and build your very own town. If that wasn't enough to get your RPG blood flowing, there's no leveling up , there's multiple heroes with different races,professions and traits, a large focus on choice town building, you can have your very own pet, there's a deep story, recruit able NPC's and much much more
