Treasure Adventure World - And epic Zelda/Metroidvania adventure! Sale on Steam (20% off!)

Back in 2011 a game called Treasure Adventure Game was released for free that I downloaded and played, and I was blown away of how fun and amazingly designed this game was! It instantly became one of my all-time favorite games. Later I got a mail from the developer Stephen Orlando that he decided to do a remake in HD with new updated gorgeous graphics, new soundtrack, new added levels and challenges.

This new remade version is called Treasure Adventure World and I have been waiting for what have felt like ages for this game to be released and the wait was finally over! Treasure Adventure World had been released on Steam and Gog towards February and its just amazing how well this remake looks and feels!

Treasure Adventure World is an epic open world adventure that feels like a combination of Zelda and Castlevania/Metroid with exploration, unlockable powers and upgrades and many clever puzzles. And if you are a fan of Zelda Windwaker you will really enjoy the sailing and different islands you will discover in the game. On the islands you will encounter many different challenges and people to talk to that unlocks new quests. And of course there are many dungeons to explore with puzzles and epic boss monsters.

The islands you visit all have a different look and feel, you will find places that you later in the game can revisit once you have found the right tools and upgrades. And every island has its own story that will unfold that is connected to more things happening in the world. Im super impressed with how the layout of the world is done and how the developer has implemented these quests and stories into it!

If you are a fan of Zelda and Metroidvania games and are looking for a big adventure you need to get Treasure Adventure World! I think its original price tag 9,99€ on Steam is a steal, but right now the game has a “this weekend only” 20% discount on Steam so now is really the time to get this amazing game!
