Iridium - A rather cool inspiration of Uridium gets a Windows release

A long time ago Hewson Consultants made great games for old retro computers such as the fantastic Uridium, Paradroid, Cybernoid, Exolon, Nebulus and many more were just some of the games they released that many of us have played and enjoyed. Well if you loved playing Uridium and want to play a game that's inspired by that classic but blasting its way on to modern systems, then you might be interested in playing 'Iridium'; an eagerly awaited retro inspired shooter that was released just this week by Nebula Design.

Iridium doesn't just take its inspiration from games such as Uridium, Xenon 2 Mega Blast and Gradius, but adds in a ton of kick ass features such as multiple layers of parallax, 24 levels split over 6 sectors, 7 graphical themes, 3 main player weapons each with differing power levels, rockets and missiles, external weaponry systems, weaponry shops, progress saves, an epic original music score by Akira and much much more!
