In 1986 Sega released one of the coolest racers of our time, it was none other than Out Run. An Arcade racer designed by Yu Suzuki, that was not only a commercial success but became one of the best selling games of its time with great graphics, fantastic music and fast paced track racing. It was just a shame however, the Atari port wasn't that great as it had poor frame rates, colours and sound effects...At least until now anyway!
Yes indeed thanks to a heads up in our Commodore Amiga group, we have been told that fedepede04 has set out to fix most of these flaws, as not only does it now feature dust in the Desert Map, but new STE colours, a complete palette overhaul to the stages, and the game also uses the BliTTer on the STe which as you can see is an added benefit to the game... It looks, sounds and runs really well!
