  1. Why all the cool games are for Amiga, Amstrad, Commodore etc, and not PC?

    1. The PCs people bought to replace their Amiga 500 can create retro-style games that look just as good as those running on today’s most powerful machines. And as you pointed out, there were many other computers back then. PCs were just one option, even if history tends to forget that.

    2. Well, I wouldn't mind a 3D remake of Alley Cat.

  2. I guess because most of us had home computers back in the day, so nostalgia kicks in more on these platforms!

  3. Modern PCs are basically a completely different platform to pre-2000s PCs which were MS-DOS based and which need an emulator on modern PCs to run software. There are still games developed for the old DOS platform but not many compared to other retro platforms, no idea why.

  4. Looks like it's a 64K disc game so that will work well for people that have a 464 Plus with an external disk controller (or a 6128 Plus).
