Before you get excited this isn't a new helicopter game bringing us back to the days of Desert Strike or Jungle Strike, but in fact this is a game called Helicopter Mission, which was orginally released in Germany as an advertisement for the German defense forces. Or as one person puts it "ordered by our Ministry of War, err Defense to recruit cannon fodder for the forthcoming World War III". Sadly not many people got the chance to play it outside of Germany but thanks to Earok and Playaveli , they've released a beta English translated version for all to try.

Probably not many outside of Japan, because this rather stylish side scrolling Beat em up was not only released in the Arcades as Denjin Makai and then Ghost Chaser Densei for the Super Famicom, but it was only ever released in Japan. Thankfully as of this week AgentOrange, MrRichard999 and rainponcho have fully translated the game into English, which means SNES owners can not only check it out, but they can bang a few heads along the way!

More glorious news today as Romhacking has announced the full English translated release for 'Wizardry Chronicles'. Originally a Windows 2000 game and only released in Japan, this was a spin off from the main Wizardry series of RPG's and replaces the traditional fantasy races with new names. Once such shoot 'em up game ' Super Aleste (BS) ' published by Toho and part of the Aleste series by Compile, was recently given the translation treatment by tettsui77 and is now fully English translated as version 1.0.
