We were a bit delayed on this one due to only getting the news today, but the developer Knights of Bytes has just informed us over a rather impressive update for the in development C64 game of 'Sams Journey'. You may remember our previous update titled 'Part 1 A Pirate's Life For Sam', which shows off Sam's special abilities such as being able to pick up items, carry them around and throw at enemies as a pirate. But this time Sam has gone even further, he's become a Ninja in the latest trailer of 'Metamorphosis, Part 2: Sam in Black'

We've just been given an exclusive heads up of a brand new game play tease release for Knights of Bytes amazingly jaw dropping C64 platformer 'Sam's Journey'. In development for the C64, this latest gameplay tease titled 'Part 1 A Pirate's Life For Sam', shows off Sam's special abilities such as being able to pick up items, carry them around and throw at enemies. What's more it gives us a first hand look into Sam turning into a Pirate that enables him to use his sword!

Knights of Bytes, the creators behind the incredible looking C64 platformer 'Sam's Journey', which 90% of the public thought was an April fools, has just had a musical update! With lots of huge levels to explore, plus hidden items to be found in a game full of amazing detail, the developer has now set the tone with each level having it's own mood. As a tease for the game, Knights of Bytes have released samples from the sound track for you to listen to.

Last month on the 1st of April we gave you the big heads up about a brilliant looking smoothly animated C64 game in development titled 'Sam's Journey'. Developed by Knights of Bytes, which is about a cute little hero called Sam, this latest gif update shows off some of the new climbing technique used in the game such as grabbing structures and climbing vines. Also according to Knights of Bytes Sam can even swim, this enables him to explore the depths of the underwater passages that he encounters on his journey.
