Dizzy II : Treasure Island Dizzy - Retro Adventure/Puzzle/Platformer (Browser Playable)
The second of the online "Load" Dizzy playable games has been released thanks to the guys of yolkfolk. This is Treasure Island Dizzy, a very classic retro game from the 1980's. Here on Indie Retro News we've done indie after indie game, so it's so nice to see a retro game again. Treasure Island Dizzy goes way back in our gaming history and came on multiple systems ( Amstrad, Commodore 64, Spectrum, DOS, NES, Amiga and Atari ST. ).
Dizzy - The Ultimate Cartoon Adventure Platformer playable in your browser
I never thought I'd see the day that retro gamers could play the very first Dizzy in a browser and sure enough here it is, it's Dizzy - The Ultimate Cartoon Adventure.
WE DONE IT!! - 5000 Views and ZX Spectrum Flash Games
Thankyou to everyone who views the site, bookmarks the site and gets involved with the discussions posted on IRN. Today we have hit a personal milestone of 5000 views, the site went live on the 6th Nov and that's only last week. To hit 5000 in such a short time is pretty damn awesome. For this reason I'm going to share with you another online flash website for you to relive those golden oldies, the days of the zx Spectrum all playable in your browser.
But before I do that I'd just like to say, I hope you continue to visit the site, get more involved, tell us what you'd like to see more of, basically continue to have fun. Although there are other Indie sites out there, I wanted to do something different to relive the past with Remakes and to look towards a great future of new Indie games. May the year end and begin on a positive one with plenty of new ideas and games to come throughout 2013.

100 Spectrum 48k Games in 10mins
The ZX Spectrum (pronounced "Zed-Ex") is an 8-bit personal home computer released in the United Kingdom in 1982 by Sinclair Research Ltd. Many of us are old enough to remember the good old days of the Spectrum. But here's a nice little clip of 100 spectrum games with added spectrum music. All that's missing is the squealing tape deck
