Disciples Of The Storm - Netstorm Islands at war reboot, Steam Greenlight success

Storm Isle Productions developers of the Netstorm Island reboot ' Disciples of the Storm ' have just informed us through Twitter that their retro inspired game is a Steam Greenlight success. A unique, fast-paced, real-time, complex strategy game with elements of role playing developed by the fans and with the help of the original developers as you battle across a number of islands, each one controlled by an individual player.

Aaru's Awakening - Hand drawn 2D action platformer set for Steam release

Lumenox Games have announced the recent Steam Greenlight success of' Aaru's Awakening' will be available on Steam as from midnight, 0:00 AM GMT tonight. The beautifully hand drawn 2D action platformer set in a world of Lumenox between Dawn, day, Dusk and Night will test your skills and reflexes as you teleport throughout the levels and avoid deadly obstacles and finally defeat the evil entity before you.

Monstrum - Survival horror early access trailer!

Team Junkfish has released a new creepy trailer for its latest early access survival horror game 'Monstrum', which is also a recent Steam Greenlight success. Set aboard a vast and derelict ship with untold horrors, you must use your skills to avoid deadly traps, environmental hazards and outrun or outsmart your menacing pursuer.

As Team Junkfish has contacted us to let us know about their new first person survival horror game 'Monstrum', that's already a big hit with the Steam Greenlight voters and gained a greenlight success. Set aboard a vast and derelict ship with untold horrors, you must use your skills to avoid deadly traps and environmental hazards to escape this deadly place. But be warned, you are not alone, a horrible monster is not far behind and if you don't avoid, you'll end up just another corpse on this menacing ship of horrors.

Drift Stage - 1980's style racer gets an alpha demo!

Although the developers have not kept in contact we were pleased to see that this 1980's style racer game has not only been a Steam Greenlight success but they have recently released an Alpha demo. Featuring rich colours and fast paced racing with old school cars, Drift Stage really does take you back to the 80's and speeds it up to spec with the latest modern features.  Features such as a full single player mode, character oriented career mode, circuit races, leader board chasing time trials and for those that want to play with others, local split screen and online multiplayer. Hopefully we will know more with a Kickstarter soon!

Dungeonmans - Recommended PC Roguelike on Steam!

If you are a fan of adventuring roguelikes and like exploring deep and creepy dungeons, then look no further than the latest Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight success of "Dungeonmans", which is now available to buy on Steam. For anyone with concerns about it being any good, let us assure you that not only do we think it's a good buy but so do many of the gamers giving it feedback through Steam. Tormentum - A highly detailed dark adventure game is Steam greenlit!

Bit of a small update as we've already featured this game before, but still good news in the grand scheme of things! As we've just been informed that Tormentum, which is a highly detailed dark adventure game has been Steam greenlit! The developers OhNooStudio will be pretty excited over that news as it seems I'm not the only one wanting a dark adventure with incredible artwork. The game also features a dreamlike atmosphere inspired by the works of a Polish painter, Zdzislaw Beksinski, and a recently deceased Swiss painter, H.R.Giger!
