Knightlore - Ultimate Play the Game classic gets an Amiga update

At the beginning of this month, we gave you the heads up via a big article mention, for tcdev's Amiga port of ' Knightlore ', which originally was an Ultimate Play the Game classic for systems such as the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum. Although it did drop a few jaws at the chance for people to play such a brilliant classic on the Amiga, many felt that apart from the bugs, the biggest negative was the black and white colourless detail, which really lacked for a port such as this. Well you'll be pleased to know, the developer may well be bringing the CPC graphics over to the Amiga version!

Furthermore as a recent update to this news, tcdev has said that he has fixed the remaining palette issues on the Amiga. Although the border colour for the main menu and game over message screens will never be correct when running CPC graphics, as the CPC sprite routines only support 4 colours.

So hopefully when this is all finished, we will either have full on CPC graphics, or upgraded graphics using enhanced Amiga sprites. But until such time, it's probably best to keep following the discussion forums or website.
