StarForce - A classic shooter from 1985 gets an Enhanced smooth scroll for the MSX

Another great news has just hit our inbox and one I think MSX gamers across the globe will be excited for, as if you remember playing the classic space shooter of 'StarForce', which was originally released back in 1984 via the Arcades and in 1985 for the MSX by Hudson Soft. Then as of just recently, we've been informed that you can download a new version of the game by KaikaiKaizou which now features smooth scrolling throughout! Yes that's right no more jittery scrolling in this downloadable MSX game!

According to the Wikipedia of the game which was also released on the NES, MSX, SG-1000 and X68000. "the player pilots a starship called the Final Star, while shooting various enemies and destroying enemy structures for points. Unlike later vertical scrolling shooters, like Toaplan's Twin Cobra, the Final Star had only two levels of weapon power, and no secondary weapons like missiles and/or bombs. Each stage in the game was named after a letter of the Greek alphabet".
