Retro inspirational games seem to be very popular this week as another retro styled PC title has just appeared on Steam Greenlight. Traps n' Gemstones developed by Donut Games, and voted best Iphone game of the year, is a modern take on the exploration-based platformer, that is loaded with hidden secrets, artefacts, swimming sections, ridable mine carts, cool weapons and items that can be combined and used. Above all though, the graphics look to be both colourful and the game enjoyable, as you play as a freelance archaeologist on a quest in Egypt to solve a pyramid mystery.
