This year has already seen a few nice titles released for the Amstrad CPC, but here is a lovely colourful homage to the Jet Set Willy/Chuckie Egg style of game, featuring the creators very own character, Novabug. Guide his likeness across many different screens to raise enough money for the "BIG C'" research while trying not to be damaged by many of the weird creatures spread throughout the game.
Here's the latest. "Bug is off on another quest, this time he is collecting as much cash as possible to raise money for "BIG C'" research. Loop the screens to get Bonus's and more cash. Just watch the Timer, if it reaches 0 it's "Game Over Man"

- Physical cassettes to be made and auctioned off on Novabug's YT channel 2026, all proceeds to go to McMillan cancer research.

The struggle with the second jump is SO terrible...
ReplyDeleteThe platform needs to be lower......... And putting that aside I can't stand the music in this game, it's just sooo repetitive even if the game is not to bad :)
DeleteI love the Music, exactly what i asked for an iron maiden style gallop, you could always turn the volume down lol as to the platforms they are meant to be difficult jumps the whole game is meant to be difficult with minimum clearances just like we had in the 80's. once you do it a few times you get used to it.
