Foxy's Run - A family friendly platformer in dev for the Amiga by Vairn

Here's Foxy’s Run, an upcoming side-scrolling platformer currently in development by Rairn for the Commodore Amiga that's available to download through itch io. This work-in-progress adventure features a fox navigating vibrant forest environments, brought to life using a PAL 320×256 resolution and a classic 16-colour palette. While the game will take some development time before its release, you can atleast try out an early version requiring only 1 MB of chip RAM or a stock A1200.

The gameplay promises traditional platforming charm across five distinct maps, where players must walk, jump, duck, and scale ladders while riding moving platforms. Survival depends on spitting collected cherries to defeat a variety of walking, hopping, and flying enemies, which swap to winter-themed skins during the colder second half of the journey. To clear each stage and ultimately face a final boss, players start with three lives and must hunt down hidden gems to unlock the level exits. The nostalgic experience is rounded out with a hardware-sprite HUD, authentic Paula sound effects, and a custom ProTracker soundtrack.
