Whale Rock Games has just sent us word that their new Kickstarter for "We Are The Dwaves" has now begun. This is a story driven real-time tactical action game about three dwarven astronauts in the Stone Universe. An incredible looking game in a fantasy world of strange beasts and wonderus creatures as you hide or fight against enemies that have real senses that can track you to the last, so beware. We Are The Dwarves will feature great graphics through an isometric game view, told through a unique legend and great stories, but above all addictive game play. Whale Rock Games hope to reach a success goal of $120,000 and will be available for PC and MAC. (We are not the dwarves, we are the backers so get pledging!)
In our opinion " We are Dwarves " is looking to be a fantastic fantasy game, with a gorgeous story driven experience that will please most gamers alike. Besides, who needs wizards and warriors when you've got three awesome astronaut dwarves!
- Singleplayer control of one to three characters;
- Real-time tactical combat in a unique fantasy setting;
- Stealth or slasher mode - depending on player;
- Active game pause and sequence of moves (stack of commands);
- Environment interactions, natural traps, battlefield alteration.
