I'm sure many of you have noticed the influx of ZX Spectrum books, games and modifications, but a new ZX Spectrum film has just smashed through it's Kickstarter goal and there's still 29 days to go. It's the 'Memoirs of a Spectrum Addict - A tribute to the Sinclair ZX Spectrum ' film by Andy Remic. Classed as a full length documentary and raising over £1,624 so far, this Kickstarter of retro memories will be 120-180 minutes in length, which takes a detailed look at the ZX Spectrum, it's history, it's developers, it's games and it's fans!

Available in DVD format, with a blue ray to come if raised over 2k. Memoirs of a Spectrum addict is a unique tribute to the old speccy with dramatic re-enactments, interviews with major Spectrum industry figures, and featuring real people who grew up influenced by the Sinclair ZX Spectrum!

Well known gaming figures such as Jas Austin, Gary Bracey, Simon Butler, Luca Bordoni, Jonathan Cauldwell, Ben Daglish, Mevlut Dinc, Oliver Frey, John Hare, Mark R Jones, Roger Kean, Jon Ritman, John Romero, Kevin Toms, Clive Townsend, Steve Wetherill and our personal friend, Chris Wilkins publisher of various retro books including The History of Ocean Software and The Story of the ZX Spectrum in Pixels Vols 1-3.

But wait there's more! Certainly a worthy addition to the ZX Spectum historic line up and a Kickstarter campaign that every retro gamer should be a part of!
