Platman [16kb cartridge] - A lovely new homebrew for the C64 and possibly a winner!

It's going to be a busy evening as we have even more games to get through, and here we are with another game for the RGCD C64 16KB Cartridge Game Development Competition 2015/16, and one I think is going to be a winner, is Saul Cross and Wanax's arcade platformer ' Platman '. Released as a 16kB cartridge, the aim of this game is to grab all the fruit on the level, avoid all the fast moving enemies and reach the exit which may need a key!

As soon as you load the game up you just know you're in for a treat and more so if  you have a monitor to show off all these lovely colours. The game is bright and bold, with detailed fruit, backgrounds and enemies, which goes really well with the joy-ace tune that this game has. Platman also seems to be a take on Pacman but being an arcade platformer, you can jump over enemies and spikes, grab all the fruit, get to the exit all the while having a ton of fun. This game I really feel could ether be a top end contender or actually win the competition. If you have a C64, you've just got to play Platman!
