We've just been contacted through both Facebook and Twitter that as from today through the MSXDev competition as the very first entry, you can now download or play online the latest game release of Shadow Switcher. A new Arcade game by RoboSoft Inc in which the website says is not only another classic-style MSX1 arcade game from Robosoft, but it was created in the style of King’s Valley in which you must traverse platform levels, while also avoiding enemies and collecting items.
In this game which is called Shadow Switcher which is also a conversion of the C64 Dr. Wuro Industries release from 2018. You and your shadow are dropped into a dilapidated place where zombie robots reign in blood. The goal is simple – collect all of the rings on the screen and exit through the gate, while using the magic ability to switch places with your own shadow to avoid those zombies and that nasty electric lightning as a one strike and your out style of game. The game features multiple player control, solo or with 2 players and 40 exciting levels!
