The Maze of Galious as an enhanced version for the MSX2 is spectacular!

If you remember the 1987 MSX game of The Maze of Galious, then you might like this news story that has just reached our inbox. As we've recently been informed by a good friend of ours on Twitter, that Victor Martinez, David Madurga, Toni Galvez and team have released the latest update to their previously released enhanced MSX2 version of The Maze of Galious. To coincide with this news, not only can you view the latest compared screenshots below, but the game is playable online through a browser via The File Hunter.

According to the msx blog which originally spoke about the story of the development of this enhanced version of one of the most iconic games of the MSX standard: The Maze of Galious. Not only has the game has been completely disassembled and remade using MSX2 specific graphics routines, but Toni Gálvez has completely remade each and every one of the elements that make up the graphic set, there's more details to both the backgrounds and the sprites and also to the font, Jan van Valburg has remade the music so that they sound even better with SCC, and finally Víctor Martínez and David Madurga are behind the programming! So yes a fabulous enhanced release for the MSX 2 and even more so you can play it online below.
