If you're not feeling festive and really don't care for the new year, then you'll probably be more interested in playing Mr Rancio's Zombie Fest game ' Survival ZX ', which has recently been released for the ZX Spectrum 128k as an action slasher! This game featuring multiple areas to visit across five different missions, puts you in control of Joe who is one of the survivors after the epidemic that killed almost the entire population. You must complete five missions and reach the shelter, while hopefully avoid being eaten by the Zombie horde!
Granted this is no DayZ nor is it some high quality eye popping Zombie game on the ZX Spectrum, but if you're looking for a overall decent multi room ZX scroller, with the odd Zombie to attack and items to find to complete each phase, then Survival ZX is just the game for you. It features nice graphics, fairly decent controls, and a fantastic changing soundtrack that really fits this Zombie ZX release!
A Small Note : Some objects are hidden in some elements of the decoration so you have to look for them with the action key (SPACE).
