Well this is a bit of a surprise, as looking through the EAB forums this week, I've come across an early build of Zepton for the Commodore Amiga, a conversion of the popular PICO-8 voxel shoot-'em-up. Ported by developer Szilárd Bíró aka BSzili, the early version brings the fast-paced 3D scaling action of the original game over to classic Amiga hardware. However, its future remains uncertain as the developer seeks community input before committing to further updates.

The development of the Zepton port actually began quietly, long before the broader "Amico8" project became public knowledge. Because of this timeline, the developer admits to feeling conflicted about whether it is worth fully completing the conversion. Rather than letting the code sit indefinitely, the creator opted to push out the current build to gauge the public's reaction. Ultimate completion of the title will rest heavily on the feedback and enthusiasm of the Amiga community.
