Beach Head - A brilliant game from the 80's arrives on the ColecoVision

It's time for ColecoVision owners to celebrate as the iconic 1983 military hit Beach Head has un-officially made its debut on the ColecoVision console thanks to Electric Dreams. Originally crafted by Access Software, the multi-stage combat game originally took early home computers like the Commodore 64, Apple II, Atari, ZX Spectrum, and Amstrad by storm. Thanks to a dedicated team effort from Eric Damain and Adan Toledo, this impressive homebrew adaptation successfully translates the complete, authentic experience to the classic console for the absolute first time, bridging a forty-year gap for eager Coleco owners.

V1.0 gameplay coming soon from Saberman!

The port flawlessly captures the tension of the original game, tasking players with leading a naval fleet across six distinct combat stages. Players must adapt quickly as the action shifts seamlessly from careful navigation on the open waters to a chaotic, heavy-artillery assault against an entrenched enemy stronghold. Surviving the gauntlet requires a mix of tactical patience, precise aim, and quick reflexes, ensuring that ColecoVision owners finally get to experience one of gaming's foundational military shooters in all its glory.
