I know there are many people out there that love playing games such as Age of Empires or Rise of Nations, so here's a game I think you might also enjoy which has just had another big update, and that's 'The Fertile Crescent' by LincRead; a rather decent looking RTS that's in development, in which you must protect your people against an enemy tribe on an auto-generated map set during the Bronze Age in the Ancient Near East.
