Stunt Car Racer 128 - An awesome classic gets a super smooth C128 version!

While many of you were overjoyed to hear that Stunt Car Racer from the C64 had been ported over to both the Atari 8-bit, BBC micro and Commodore plus/4. There's another version that's been released which is equally special and well worth a download, and it's Stunt Car Racer for the Commodore 128. Yes that's right thanks to another heads up via Facebook, we've been told that if you want to see just how smooth Stunt Car Racer can be on the C128, then make sure to check out this version released by cobbpg.

Unofficial SNK vs CAPCOM for the C64 gets even stronger with this new release!

We've been told through Facebook that Jon Eggelton and Gianluca Alberico has released the final version of their previously announced Stronger Edition of the 2023 Commodore 64 and Commodore 128 unofficial hit of 'SNK vs CAPCOM'; a C64 game that was developed using their in-development fighting engine known as RetroFighter. What a fantastic news story for you all, as looking through the C64/C128 Facebook group earlier today, we've just found out that the eagerly awaited Commodore 64/128 game of 'A Pig Quest' by Antonio Savona, Mauricet, Aldo Chiummo and Gaetano Chiummo, has finally been released for all to enjoy. To coincide with this hot news story, not only is there some animated gifs to look at, but there's also a video of the game in action below. 

Attack of the Petscii Robots - Action Adventure game from David Murray/8Bit Guy gets a Shareware version (C128/Pet/X16)

We have recently been contacted through Facebook, to tell you that the same creator of PLANET X3, who we know as David Murray/The 8bit guy, has not only made available the Action Adventure game of 'Attack of The Petscii Robots' for the Commodore PET, Commodore 128 and the Commander X16, but as noted by the website description, these are the shareware versions which unlike the full and commercial versions does not feature SNES controller support or cheat-codes.

Volley For Two - An enjoyable Volley Ball game for your C128

We don't often feature games specific for the C128 especially as pretty much all of our games are announced for the C64, so change all that, here's one game you might enjoy playing on your Commodore 128 and that's Kollektivet's two player game of 'Volley For Two'; an action packed physics based volleyball game for the Commodore 128, inspired by the old DOS game Arcade Volleyball from 1987.
