An unofficial and unfinished demo bonanza for the Amiga via Scorpion Engine

A rather interesting news story for you all, as looking through the EAB forums for some games to talk about, and we've found out through Earok, who created the Scorpion Engine, that he has made available a basket full of unofficial and unfinished demo projects for the Commodore Amiga. Although he does state while they can be downloaded, aren't really intended to be played! Well that hasn't stopped us, as here's the latest videos and further details from Earok below.

Pang+ - An enhanced version of a brilliant Arcade game for the Amstrad Plus and GX4000!

In 1989 the Mitchell Corporation released the top of its class Arcade game ' Pang ', which was later ported over to a multitude of systems by Ocean including the C64, Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum Amiga, MS-DOS and Atari ST. In this up to two player game you had to destroy bouncing balloons terrorizing global landscapes, but had to be really careful as most of them when shot split off into smaller but even more balloons! Now thanks to SyX and RedAngel, an enhanced version of this classic game, has been released for the Amstrad CPC Plus and GX4000!

Pang - Enjoyable Arcade classic ported over to the Atari XL/XE


In 1989 the Mitchell Corporation released the brilliant Arcade game ' Pang ', which was later ported over to a multitude of systems by Ocean including the C64, Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum Amiga, MS-DOS and Atari ST. However it wasn't until this years Silly Venture 2016 event, that an Arcade port was announced and shown off for the Atari XL/XE. So yes finally Atari XL/XE owners who haven't seen the game yet will be able to play a rather special port, which was created by tebe, ooz, Vidol and stRing and coming first place at the event!
