ZX-Dev Conversions Finished! - The announcement has been made and the winner is....

It's a time to rejoice ZX Spectrum gamers as we've just been told that the latest ZX Spectrum competition called ZX-DEV conversions is now over and the results have been announced. This competition which had its first edition in 2015 with some pretty cool games such as Steel Balls, Rabbit in Nightmareland and even Fist-Ro Fighter has once again astounded our readers with games such as Mighty Final Fight, Ninja Gaiden, Gimmick!, Retroforce and many others... NES Beat Em Up Mighty Final Fight Arrives on the ZX Spectrum

Mighty Final Fight was originally a NES game way back in 1993, the cuter home console cousin of arcade beat ‘em up Final Fight. And now, thanks to the combined talents of Alexander ‘Sanchez’ Udotov, graphics wiz Eugene ‘ER’ Rogulin and Oleg ‘n1k-o’ Nikitin on the AY chip, it has made a triumphant appearance on the 128k ZX Spectrum.

Throughout these last few months we've been featuring a numbers of games that have been entered into the ZX-DEV conversion competition, games such as Gimmick! Yumetaro Odyssey, Gandalf and even Mighty Final Fight, each one aiming for a very decent prize and even a speccy tape called Thrust. Gandalf - An in dev ZX Spectrum platformer that looks rather nice indeed!

As many of  you know by now that the ZX-DEV Conversions compo had recently been launched and gave you the chance to create awesome games where the contestants had to submit conversions from other games from other platforms, from movies,cartoons, books and even comics! Once such game that is known as ' Gandalf 'by cmgonzalez, really appealed to us as it is not only inspired by Super Mario Bros, but is based on Gandalf, using the Nirvana+ engine and it looks to feature some rather gorgeous ZX graphics indeed.
