We haven't featured the Vectrex for awhile, so to change all that here's a new announcement that's appeared in our inbox, Bits'N'Bytes will be coming soon to a Vectrex near you and will be available for order as a cartridge via Packrat Video Games. Classed as a multi game and software cart, this latest addition to the Vectrex library will feature not just seven simple games, but also applications to show off to all of your friends!
From what is shown in the video above, this cartridge will have games such as Vector Pong, Frogs 'n' Flies, Hex, Space Race, Quick Shot as well as applications such as Doodle and Vector Clock. In regards to my personal favourite, I must say I'm looking forward to trying out Frogs 'n' Flies, as you play as up to two players jumping from lilipad to lilipad and eating as many bugs as possible to beat your opponents score while trying to to fall off!
