The 13th Doll - Unofficial 7th Guest Sequel has been announced and set for Halloween

Way back in the 90's Trilobyte with publishing by Virgin Interactive Entertainment released the interactive movie puzzle adventure game ' The 7th Guest ' on multiple systems including CDI, PC and MAC. It was a first person horror game with adult content, that featured live action video clips and pre-rendered 3D graphics that made it a huge success for its time. But why am I mentioning this you may ask? Well you'll be pleased to know we've been told by The Attic Door Productions Team that The 13th Doll - Unofficial 7th Guest Sequel has been announced!

We have actually spoke about this sequel some years some back, but unlike before when the crowd funding campaign failed, the team behind the game told us this time Trilobyte was kind enough to license them to make a fan sequel called The 13th Doll. Also for those of you as a lover of that classic game, this one will again be a puzzle based horror adventure game set in a haunted mansion whereby players must solve the puzzles to unlock the story, while they also collect and rebuild the mysterious 13th Doll, and complete the final "Greatest Work" of eccentric toymaker, Henry Stauf.

The game features full motion video sequences composited into 3d environments, with live actors as characters in the game. Among them, actor Robert Hirschboeck reprises his role from the original 7th Guest series as Henry Stauf. The game is made by fans of the original series, The 7th Guest, released in the mid 90's, and is licensed to Attic Door Productions for commercial release.

Game Features:
  • over 26 unique puzzles
  • 35 rooms in 3 environments
  • over an hour of video footage
  • 2 playable characters
  • 5 unique endings
