We haven't featured bfernhout's PC remake of Ian Bird's Amiga Strategy game Deuteros for awhile, as we've been waiting for further builds to improve the alpha even further and thus, this month saw the release of build 840. Play an early alpha remake build of one of the finest Space Strategy games ever released. Research new technology, colonize the stars, mine for resources and defend yourself against the Martians in a sequel to another great classic, Millennium 2.2.
Please note, with all of the versions released so far, hardly any of them can be classed as completable if not playable, however it does show just how far development has come from the first one screen version. So have a go and let us know how far you get!
