Pillars - A colourful Columns game for the C64 gets release via Arlasoft!

Another C64 news story for you all and one I think many in the community will be interested in, as if you loved the 1984 game of Tetris or the 1989 game of Columns, you'll pleased to know that as of today you can download a brand new puzzler inspired by those games for the C64 called 'Pillars' developed by Arlasoft; a game whereby you need to clear gems by matching three or more of the same colour horizontally, vertically or diagonally while creating cascading combos to significantly boost your score!

The game Pillars is a simple colourful puzzle game for the Commodore 64 It offers fun and entertainment and is based on the classic from 1990 by SEGA. The hunt for the coveted places in the leaderboard can be contested alone or in pairs. The game features colorful game play for both the young and old, a choice of 1 to 2 players, a soundtrack by Tokuhiko Uwabo and Nick Sherman, multiple modes, combo scores, difficulty customization and all of this playable either online, emulation or via real hardware!
