It felt like it was only just recently we mentioned Badger Punch Games very enjoyable title of their Cowboy themed C64 game of 'Showdown'; A 1 or 2-player action shooter for the Commodore 64, which is inspired by a host of older titles with the same theme, going all the way back to Gun Fight from 1975. Well fast forward to this month and thanks to a heads up from both Per Ola and Saberman, we've been told the same creators have now made available the free version of 'Snowdown' ; a Xmas version of their previously released game Showdown.
According to Badger Punch Games not only is Snowdown a 1 or 2-player Christmas themed action shooter for the Commodore 64, originally released in 2020 and now made available for free, but in this fine festive experience that everyone will enjoy, you play a Santa out to win a fierce gun duel. The first one to outwit and knock down the opponent 5 times is the winner of the duel.
