Kielbasa Empire - A high quality WIP C64 game from Ordered Chaos Design gets a new demo

The news just keeps on coming, as just moments ago we were informed by our good friend and Youtubber Saberman, that Ordered Chaos Design has made available a new demo for their upcoming C64 game 'Kielbasa Empire'; A rather cool looking game which isn't just about farming and feeding your piggies, but fighting off attackers that are out to do you harm. To coincide with this news story, Saberman has also done a playthrough showing different parts to this rather eye opening game from Ordered Chaos Design.

While I haven't had the chance to play the demo, even if it does look pretty decent indeed. Here is what the itch io page says via the link below about "Kielbasa Empire". This is a C64 game in development since about September 2021. It is supposed to be about farming crops, feeding pigs and turning them into sausage. What it will be about, time will tell. Game is written in C, thanks to Oscar64 by Dr. Mortal Wombat aka Blumba".

  1. I think there was some confusion, it's not a new demo :) Not sure what have happened there on itch that the file name differs. Anyhow, if you are so keen, we will get you a new demo asap ;)

  5. This might be one of my favorite C64 title screens of all time. There is so much going on, it is truly a masterpiece, and I'm not being facetious.

    1. Map needs a lot of work, We got 3 different tilesets in-progress, so its likely to look much different. Animations surely will be there, maybe a smooth scroll, too. We will drop the torch light though, at least on the villiage map, as it does not work with smooth scroll, and it takes too many characters that we need for more buildings.
