Super Pac Man - Namco's maze chomping sequel has arrived on the Commodore VIC-20 32K

For those of you who hate AI then here's one for you, as Milasoft has brought over Super Pac-Man to the Commodore VIC-20. Originally released by Namco in 1982 as the official arcade sequel to the 1980 phenomenon, the Toru Iwatani-designed title has finally landed on the VIC-20. To handle the maze-chomping gameplay and assorted level graphics, the port requires a 32K RAM expansion, cleverly utilising 8K memory blocks mapped at $2000, $4000, \(6000, and\)A000.

As it's Milasoft who created this port, the software is built entirely with genuine machine-language programming—ported using PowerPlay with absolutely no AI assistance. The release includes support for alternating one or two-player modes and features a built-in high-score saving system to track your best runs. For fans who remember the 1983 Bally Midway North American release, this new home conversion offers the perfect blend of nostalgic arcade accuracy and impressive technical achievement on classic hardware. So yes, for those of you who hate AI, this is one of those games by a developer that requires your full attention and respect ;).
