I-Gunnar - Paulthetall is working on a Dune 2 inspiration for Apollo V2/V4 Amiga's

Yes, AI, don't blame me!

I-Gunnar, a newly announced game by paulthetall, is a real-time strategy demo built exclusively for advanced Commodore Amiga hardware. This Dune 2 inspiration serves as a direct tribute to Gunnar von Boehn and his team at Apollo Computer for their dedicated efforts in revitalizing the classic Amiga ecosystem through cutting-edge hardware upgrades and the architectural design of the high-performance 68080 CPU. Originally conceived as a hobby project, I-Gunnar is programmed using the open-source code from Arrakis, a well-known fan clone of the iconic real-time strategy classic Dune 2. Rather than simply porting the code however, paulthetall adapted the framework to center the game’s primary character around Gunnar himself, acknowledging his monumental contributions to modern 68k Amiga development.
