Huntdown - A kick ass shooter by Easy Trigger Games appears on GOG and Steam

If you're looking for a new indie game that's got plenty of action, kick ass moves and retro-aesthetics throughout, then have we got just the game for you! Welcome to 'Huntdown'; a retro style shoot em up that not only takes place in a post-apocalyptic Cyberpunk setting, but it also draws its inspiration from old arcade shooters like Contra and Metal Slug, while adding tactical elements like taking cover behind walls and alleys and jumping up and down from platforms just like in the Rolling Thunder games.

It's a time to rejoice ZX Spectrum gamers as we've just been told that the latest ZX Spectrum competition called ZX Dev MIA-Remakes is now over and the results have been announced. This competition which had its first announcement in June of last year, blew us away with so many entries as not only did we have games to try such as Sophia 2, Tiki Taca, Booty the Remake and Old Tower to enjoy, but there were other great games included in the 21 entered such as Redshift, ZX Larry and even Maze Death Rally X. Bruce Lee inspired game ' Tiger Claw ' arriving on the Amiga before Christmas


Well this is fabulous news, as earlier today we found out that RGCD's brilliant Bruce Lee inspired game 'Tiger Claw', will be coming to the Amiga and Amiga CD32 just in time for Christmas. This game was originally released for the C64 developed by Lazycow and Saul Cross with an exclusive release on cartridge by RGCD for backers of the C64 in Pixels Kickstarter, before it became available to the general public as a digital download.

Dead Tomb - A new NES game by CollectorVision Games is nearly here


CollectorVision Games, the team behind the upcoming Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan and have just announced via their Twitter page of a new game that is coming to the NES and will be offered as a limited edition gold cart and regular grey edition cart. Titled as 'Dead Tomb', this game is a love letter to Temporel Inc and will be a point and click adventure game in which you play as part of the Videoway Corp from 3017 captured in 1300 BC by the Pharaoh Seti 1st’ soldiers and placed inside an ancient pyramid.
