Trap Runner - Final version released of a rather charming Amiga game!

Only hours into New Years Day of 2019 and already we are getting some great Amiga news, as just recently we were told via our Commodore Amiga Facebook group, that Retroguru, who were behind games such as Sqrxz and Hermes, have released the final version of a charming Amiga Jump'N'Platformer called ' Trap Runner ', which was developed by Night OWL Design.

Right from the word go we've been featuring pretty much all of the Amiga releases of Retroguru's run and jump platformer called Sqrxz; a challenging game series which put you in control of a lovable Rabbit and featured plenty of platforming fun as you move blocks about, avoiding enemies and collecting food, ice marbles or even shiny rings, such as in Sqrxz 3, in which you had to free your girlfriend kidnapped by the evil Yve. This rather lovely gaming series as the Amiga versions, Sqrxz, Sqrxz 2: Two Seconds Until Death, Sqrxz 3: Adventure For Love and Sqrxz 4: Cold Cash has been packaged up via TheCompany.PL and can be played on the PC

Sqrxz 4 - Retro inspired platformer by Retroguru gets an Amiga flashtro release

This week just keeps on getting better and better as I was just given the heads up by Dennis, that the Jump'n'Think platforming game by the name of ' Sqrxz 4 ', has now been released for AMIGA ECS and OCS. Originally released over these past months for many different platforms such as the Amiga OS4, Dreamcast, Playstation Portable, PC and many others. Sqrxz 4 developed by Retro Guru and trainered by Flashtro, is the fourth in the series and features plenty of platform challenging fun as you move blocks about, avoid enemies and collect food and ice marbles! Fruit'Y - Puzzling Gem'X inspired comes to the Dreamcast!

Another awesome find today by Retro Video Gamer is the release of a gorgeous looking arcade puzzle game for the Dreamcast called ' Fruit'Y '. Published by Retroguru and taking us completely by surprise as a free game with a physical Dreamcast version available on the DragonBox Shop. Fruit'Y is heavily inspired by the Kaiko classic Gem'X, which was available on the Commodore Amiga, C64 and Atari ST, but adds plenty of fruit, hand set pixels, Amiga chiptunes, score tracking, 120 levels and much more!

Sqrxz 3 - v1.0 arcade platformer for the Amiga OCS released!

Shahzad Sahaib (Retroguru) has contacted us to let us know about the recent release of 'Sqrxz 3' for the Amiga; a very fun yet extremely challenging arcade platformer, that is also available on many other systems. The third in the series and prequel to 'Sqrxz 4' you play as 'Sqrxz' a very energetic rabbit who has been forced to collect shiny rings to free his girlfriend kidnapped by the evil Yve.

Sqrxz v1.3 - Fun filled retro platformer by Retroguru overhauled for the Amiga!

Mid last year we gave you the heads up for Retroguru's excellent retro inspired run and jump platformer called Sqrxz 4. A challenging game which featured plenty of platforming fun as you move blocks about, avoiding enemies and collecting food and ice marbles! But the news today is the release of 'Sqrxz v1.3', an enhanced Amiga version of the original first game made in 1996 by Marcus Vesterlund (Maze) and John Holmvall (Hojo) for DOS and Windows 9x.
