XYDONIA - High quality shoot 'em up gets an alpha demo!

Move over R-Type, step aside Project-X, as a new shoot 'em up is pushing it's way into the action blasting genre at full force! It's 'XYDONIA' developed by Breaking Bytes; a game inspired by the horizontal scrolling Japanese arcade classics of the 90's, with lots of different enemies, moving backgrounds, powerful weaponry and a cool soundtrack all contained within a game of great retro styled pixels.

But that's not all, this is going to be good! As the developers have also said the main features for the full release will have multiplayer co-op, dynamic stage progression, multiple paths and endings, playthrough customization's with tons of weapons and characters, and even a scavenging system, which will help you unlock even more content. Certainly a serious contender to a long list of incredible shoot 'em ups we've played growing up!

With all that said, as of this moment you can even play an early alpha demo, which was released just recently, so load up, and blast your enemies aside!
