Caren - Thank You Edition 2018 - A truly great adventure game for the C64!
Through many months of writing, pretty much as soon as it was announced for the F64GC 2015: Adventure competition, we have been discussing the brilliant adventure game Caren and the Tangled Tentacles on the C64. It was released as a downloadable 1.1 version, and then later as an exclusive limited Caren and the Tangled Tentacles V1.3, the Commodore 64 - A Visual Commpendium 2nd edition kickstarter cartridge. But now we have even better news, as PriorArt have released the 'Caren - Thank You Edition 2018'; a new version of Caren that you'll not want to miss!
Right from the word go Indie Retro News was one of the first sites to give you the heads up for Oliver Lindau , Martin Wendt and Kamil Wolnikowski's fantastic looking Adventure ' Caren and the Tangled Tentacles ' for the C64. But now with the release of the Thank You Edition, they have taken this superb Adventure game and have not only made it much bigger than any previous version, but it's even more polished than the version which was part of the Kickstarter book! So yes if you missed out on the original release, then you really should be playing Caren - Thank You Edition 2018 right now, as it is one of the greatest Adventure games seen on the C64!
