Most of the time when it comes to Amiga games, we usually get a heads up by a good friend, or a recent post via the Commodore Amiga Facebook group. But this time taking us completely by surprise, we've just been contacted by Slamy and XplrA via twitter, that they are working on a charming looking platformer called ' Tiny Little Slug '; an upcoming game that doesn't just look fabulous but it's coming to an Amiga OCS at some point in the near future.
Work in Progress Footage
According to the description for the video above, this video gives a small glimpse on recent updates of the Fire/Lava World of Tiny Little Slug. The lava falls graphics were updated and the front lava fall uses a basic transparency effect with a checkers pattern. The tiles of the lava world were also updated by the graphic artist XplorA and so the general visual mood of this world was improved... So yes, as you can see not only does it look rather impressive even at this early stage with original music compositon by Slamy called "Yeldir's Lair", but there's also animated enemies, cool level graphics and a first look at the Tiny Little Slug.
