Then it might be worth your time checking out Mabool. A brand new Puzzle game by in which you must escape a dark castle by collecting stars and keys that will open the door for you to escape. Bootskell - Another enjoyable multi-system 8bit game appears from Inufuto!
If you have a C64 or any of the other systems mentioned below and looking for another fun game to play through this weekend, then thanks to another heads up from our good friend Saberman, we've been told that Inufuto who is behind games such as ASCEND, has released a new game for the Amstrad, MSX, PC-**, MZ-*, SMC, ZX Spectrum, X1 and now C64 game called 'Bootskell'; A challenging Arcade game in which you need to kill the enemies in each of the many levels by squashing them with blocks.
JetPac - An all time classic game from the 1980's is coming to the Oric
In 1983 Ultimate Play The Game released the famous game Jetpac for the ZX Spectrum and Vic-20, with the BBC Micro version released later in 1984. It star'd the legendary character Jetman, on a mission to rebuild a rocket in order to explore other planets while also defending himself from Aliens with his powerful laser. It was and still is an incredible game that has since mentioned again, but this time as an upcoming port to the Oric thanks to Team Raxiss.
King's Valley - Konami's platformer is now available for the Amiga by M.A Software
Thanks to a heads up from the developers themselves ie Masoftware, we've just been told ' King's Valley '; which is a port of the MSX version first released in 1985, and also as an appearance via MS-DOS in the 80's and as an unofficial port in 2009 on the ZX Spectrum by RetroWorks. Has finally been released on the Commodore Amiga by Toni Galvez, Narcisound, Jesus Chicharro, and M. Angel Jimenez programmed entirely in Blitz Basic.

Inviyya - An in-development Amiga Shoot Em Up, and we can't wait!
The Amiga scene has really kicked it up a notch this year, what with the upcoming Black Dawn Rebirth and Tiny Little Slug to name but a few great games we are looking forward to. But one such game is high up on my wishlist, and that's TigerSkunk, Triace and Premium's upcoming Amiga Shoot em up ' Inviyya '. This game of which we have featured many many times since its first announcement in October 2016. Looks to be an incredible game, with not just amazing scrolling graphics, but super action, great sound effects, and a real hark back to days of R-Type or Project-X!
Soul Force - Sarah Jane Avory's upcoming C64 Shoot em up gets new footage
While many of you are still eagerly awaiting Sarah Jane Avory's upcoming RPG of Briley Witch Chronicles, you might be interested to know that the ex-SEGA game developer and author, has also released brand new footage of the upcoming game ' Soul Force '. This is a new game and second shoot em up from Sarah, as the previous one was a fantastic top scrolling shoot em up called ' Neutron '; A C64 game which gained very favourable reviews.
Tiny Little Slug - A charming platformer from Slamy and XplrA is coming to the Amiga!
Most of the time when it comes to Amiga games, we usually get a heads up by a good friend, or a recent post via the Commodore Amiga Facebook group. But this time taking us completely by surprise, we've just been contacted by Slamy and XplrA via twitter, that they are working on a charming looking platformer called ' Tiny Little Slug '; an upcoming game that doesn't just look fabulous but it's coming to an Amiga OCS at some point in the near future.
Yoomp! OCS - Amiga version of Yoomp! also teased as an OCS version!
Even more Amiga news now! As we've just been contacted by Solo, that Zbigniew Ross author of Yoomp!64, is also working on an Amiga port of the game, which is more catered for users owning an Amiga OCS or above with minimum 14MHz processor, and "some" (not precised) Fast RAM memory. Now some of you might remember this game, that's because Yoomp! 64 was released last year by RGCD and Psytronik Software on the C64, as a port of the fantastic Atari XE/XL game. (Kefir_Union was also working on an Amiga AGA version)

The Amiga is coming in hotter than the weather for this month, as after already mentioning Athanor 2, and Earok's work in progress Scorpion Engine, along comes another video update for the in-development Amiga shoot em up 'Inviyya'. This game being developed by TigerSkunk, Triace and Premium for the Amiga 500 and up, was first announced via the EAB forums in October 2016, and going by the latest footage is looking like a game of the year experience for the Amiga community.

KRAP PARK - Jaime Grilo's upcoming ZX Spectrum game features a wicked tune!
Jaime Grilo is certainly no slouch when it comes to making enjoyable ZX Spectrum games, especially with games such as Zukinox, Tea-Leaf Ted and QUAHAPPY under his retro gaming belt. But now after a previous tease in 2018, he's yet again mentioned his latest upcoming ZX Spectrum game of ' KRAP PARK'; which is a top down arcade game whereby you need bring multiple items to a gangsta, who has stole your girlfriends precious necklass.
Hunter TC - Action/Adventure classic total conversion for GZdoom (Doom port) teased
Let's go back in time, right back to 1991 when Activsion released 'Hunter' for the Amiga and Atari ST. An action-adventure game that by today's view point would be classed as a Battlefield 4, Grand Theft Auto and Far Cry mix. Expansive, open worlds, a military theme, and the focus on small squads of soldiers or lone heroes. Well if you remember this fine game, then you'll be pleased to know Cherno was working on a total conversion based on the 1991 Amiga game, but instead using GZdoom which in-itself is a Doom port.
Star MIG - Blast away enemies in space in this SEUCK Compo C64 shooter
I know many of you are still calming down after finding out that the C64 version of Super Mario Bros was not fake but the real deal, but you might also be interested in playing this fine little shoot em up that was released recently called ' Star MIG '. Now unlike the platforming fun of Super Mario Bros, this one is a top scrolling shoot em up developed by VG VOX, with music by Richard Bayliss and SEUCK Version standard by Sensible Soff
AlarCity - Upcoming Amiga game from PixelGlass gets beefed up!
The Amiga has certainly had its fair share of news over the last couple of months, what with the CD32 Beer edition, Amiga Power: The Album With Attitude, Bridge Strike, AlarCity Dungeon Prototype and Blask gracing our Amiga screens. But now it looks as if AlarCity is back in the news, as unlike the prototype we mentioned not long ago, Tsak has posted a big update which goes into some detail about the overhaul to this upcoming game.

More hot news for you C64 lot, as we've just received a new preview version of an in development C64 game called ' King's Valley ', which is a port of the MSX version first released in 1985. Although the game did appear via MS-DOS in the 80's and as unofficial port in 2009 on the ZX Spectrum by RetroWorks, this game is being developed by rebitmagazine, and will once again put you in the shoes of an adventurer on a quest to collect gems while also avoiding angry mummies and other such deadly monsters!
