It's incredible to think how far the upcoming Eye of the Beholder C64 conversion/port has come, since it was first announced way back in 2018 as Andreas Larsson was rebooting his effort to bring this incredible game of Eye of The Beholder as a port to the C64. We've shown off new screenshots, gameplay footage, an interview, and even an exclusive gameplay and stream reveal from HayesMaker64 that gained us one of the highest ever views on this very site! Well fast forward to this week however and for the first time ever, we can finally see what the intro might look like to the upcoming EOB C64 release due early 2020!
Featuring high quality graphics and a stonking sound track just like the original game, Eye of the Beholder C64 looks it could be one of the most amazing releases ever seen on the C64. In fact I'm hopeful that when the game does come out, it could be a game of the year contender to any other game release due in 2020 with a team of people such as Micke Backlund/Ilkka Sjöstedt, Oliver Lindau, Lars Verhoff and Linus.
