Project Black Sun, developed by Sunflower Games, is a 2D platformer game in a retro flavour. This platformer has similar mechanics to that of Super Metroid and Castlevania with plenty of strange creatures and lots of exploring goodness. Collect items and fight your way through big bosses. The story goes that you play as a character who had a rather nasty accident and ended up in an abandoned mine. Can you search your way out or be trapped in the mine forever!
