Fans of Jeff Minter's work eagerly awaiting PC, Android, PS4 and other ports of his PSVita remake-sequel to his Jaguar version of Tempest 2000 will be waiting forever as he's just broken on twitter that Atari's new management have decided that the game can no longer go ahead.
So yeah all the stuff we had ready or near ready will now never see the light of day.No TxK PC, PS4, Oculus, GearVR, Android. Thank "Atari".

Minter hasn't yet revealed details of what exactly has happened, but has described it as a 'Shakedown' by the current Atari management in a later tweet.UPDATE: more info here, but his site is unreachable right now...
